Daan 3 share house is just 6 mins from Daan station! There are 2 lines, Tamsui/Xinyi and Wenhu Line, and very convenient! It takes only one stop to Zhongxiao Fuxing station, there are a lot of shops, and 2 stops to Taipei 101! There are a various shops and convenience stores on the way to this hostel, so it’s so convenient to live in Daan area! The apartment is very clean and you can find each room go through the living room! This guest house is for 9 people. The kitchen, face on the dining space, is very wide and you can enjoy cooking, studying or have fun with your housemates from all over the world! You stay in Taipei is going to be amazing in Daan3 share house!
In order to create a living environment where tenants of similar age groups can interact closely and actively, the landlord has the following age restrictions for tenants: 18 to 35 years old
Each room is equipped with its own key. If you are living in a shared room, there is a security locker with a key where you can store your valuables.
About the Landlord
This landlord tries to balance the ratio of Taiwanese to foreigners in their house 50:50. The landlord would like to let you learn not only language but also culture and values of Taiwan. This is the share house where Taiwanese and non-Taiwanese people live together and share precious experiences.

Reservation Process
- Send your booking request to the landlord on My Room Abroad.
- If the booking request is accepted by the landlord, then the landlord will arrange for a phone/Skype session to confirm the details of your booking.
- You can request a viewing or online viewing (if you are not in Taiwan) of the accommodation.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the landlord confirms your booking after the session.
- If your booking is not confirmed by the landlord after the session, then any payments you made to My Room Abroad will be refunded to you.
Move-In Fees
If your booking is confirmed by the landlord, then your First Month Payment to My Room Abroad will be applied to the following move-in fees:
- First Month Rent and Utilities: The rent and utility fees for the 1st month is calculated from the check-in day until the end of the month. If you check in on or after the 20th of the month, then rent and utilities for 2nd month will also be charged.
- 5000 NTD Security Deposit
- 1500 NTD Management Fee (one-time fee)
If there is any outstanding balance owed to the landlord (after deducting the First Month Payment), then this outstanding balance needs to be paid to the landlord by the check-in date. The One-Time Service Fee paid to My Room Abroad will not be applied to the above move-in fees.
Move-In Process
- Move-in is only possible between 10:00AM and 5:00PM (Monday to Saturday).
- You will need to bring your own sheets and pillow. You cannot sleep on the mattress without any sheets.
- You will need to provide photo of your passport to the landlord.
Rental Contract
- The minimum rental period is one month. Typically, contracts are signed for one year. You have the flexibility to tailor the contract length to your needs during this period.
- In case of a currently available room, the rent for the room starts from two weeks after the day the reservation was made. In case of a room becoming available soon, the rent starts from two weeks after the day the room becomes available. This is the case even if the actual move-in day is on a later date.
- When reserving a room that is currently available: If you reserve the room on June 1st, the rent will start from June 15th (two weeks after June 1st), even if your move-in is on a later date.
- When reserving a room that is scheduled to become available soon: If you make a reservation on June 1st for a room becoming available from July 20th, the rent will start from August 3rd (two weeks after July 20th), even if your move-in is on a later date.
Cancellation Policy
After the landlord has confirmed your booking, then the 5000 NTD Security Deposit and 1500 NTD Management Fee is not refundable. The One-Time Service Fee paid to My Room Abroad is not refundable after the landlord has confirmed your booking.
Other Information
- There is no cleaning or garbage disposal services. All cleaning and garbage disposal tasks are carried out through collaborative efforts among the housemates.
- The deadline for monthly rent is the 26th of the previous month. There are 3 payment methods: (1) domestic bank transfer, (2) online credit card system, (3) cash at landlord office in Ximen. All transaction fees to be paid by the tenant.
- If you plan to move out, please make sure to submit a move-out form to the landlord at least 30 days in advance.
