I will leave my apartment end/ beginning of [month]. I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease.

Facilities: The apartment is on the [floor #] floor of a [# of floors]-story building. There are [#rooms] rooms in the apartment. We share a furnished living room (sofa, coffee table with/without TV, dining table), a kitchen (with fridge, micro wave, stove, dishwasher) and [#of bathrooms] bathrooms. Moreover, there is (an A/C /fan in each room, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, etc)
The room is also furnished: (bed, mattress, desk, closet). There is no/is a window in the room.
In my opinion, [Give now your personal feeling about the room or the roommates, or the landlord, whatever would make someone want to rent this apartment, but do not oversell it or lie either ?]
